WTF Puzzle Lab provides mobile mystery games, interactive puzzle challenges, portable puzzle box experiences, and related entertainment at locations arranged with the client. We are a mobile business. Experiences are not held at our office.
3. Event Inquiries and Bookings
Submitting the contact form, emailing, or calling us is an inquiry only. An inquiry does not reserve a date, hold availability, or create a confirmed booking.
4. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after we and the client have agreed on the applicable service terms, including event details, schedule, pricing, and any payment conditions. We may decline or be unable to accept an inquiry for any reason, including availability.
5. Pricing and Quotations
We provide custom quotes rather than fixed public prices. Quotes depend on factors such as the type of experience, group size, event location, duration, setup requirements, and customization. A quote is an estimate for the agreed scope and is not binding until the booking is confirmed.
6. Deposits and Payments
Any deposit, prepayment, or payment schedule will be stated and agreed upon before a booking is confirmed. This website does not process payments.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate event details, including date, location, and approximate group size
- Informing us of any venue rules or restrictions that may affect the experience
- Ensuring that the event space is suitable for the agreed experience
- Communicating changes as early as reasonably possible
8. Venue Access and Event Preparation
Clients should arrange reasonable access to the venue for setup and take-down at the agreed times, along with any permissions the venue requires. We may need table space, seating, or similar basic conditions, which will be discussed when planning the event.
9. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to act respectfully toward other guests, our team, and the venue. We may pause or end an experience if conduct becomes unsafe, abusive, or disruptive.
10. Safety and Equipment Handling
Our props, puzzle boxes, locks, and printed materials are intended to be handled as instructed and with reasonable care. Participants should not force, damage, or remove equipment. Clients are responsible for reasonable supervision of their guests, including minors in attendance.
11. Event Changes
Changes to the date, time, location, group size, or scope of an event are subject to availability and our agreement. Adjustments to pricing may apply and will be discussed before the change is confirmed.
12. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund handling are described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Specific deadlines and conditions for a confirmed booking will be disclosed and agreed to at the time of booking.
13. Intellectual Property
The website content, brand name, logo, puzzle designs, storylines, props, and materials are owned by or licensed to WTF Puzzle Lab LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the website.
14. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit false or harmful content, or use automated tools to abuse the contact form.
15. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WTF Puzzle Lab LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service will not exceed the amount paid to us for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
